The Speech of Alamah Shaykh Salih As-Suhamee حفظه الله  regarding:

The Alleged Islamic Khalafah which was declared! And his instructions for the brothers in Iraq. 

This was from the lesson of the Shaykh, from the third lesson in Usool Sunnah of Imam Ahmed,in  the third of Ramadan 1435 Hirji, in Masjid An-Nabawi.

Question recited:

May Allah bestow upon you the best. What is suitable in the speech regarding the Islamic Khalafah which was declared yesterday?

The Shaykh Answer:

Ah, yea Ma sha Allah (what Allah desires)!

O Brothers:

ظَهَرَ الفَسَادُ فِي البَرِّ وَالبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ

“Corruption (evil sins and disobedience of Allah) has appeared on land and sea because of what the hands of men have earned (by oppression and corrupt  and evil deeds).” Surah Ar-Room Chapter 50 verse 4. 

And this corruption either with extremes (overkill) or with negligence (all type of careless and heedless).

With negligence: from the atheists and companions of secularization (secularism) and the Liberalization (Liberals), and the callers of evil, and the callers of obscene,  and the callers of Fajoor (immorality of all types open sinners and evil-doers), and the callers of all type of entertainment (movies, Tv shows, talk shows, plays, cinema etc) and the callers  Tash Ma Adraaka Ma  Tash ( at TV program from the Media, in Saudi).

They shed crocodile tears and there is nothing present (no cause for the actions they do) this is the first part.

Second Part:

The callers of extremes, from their actions of the Khawarij and who his methodology is their methodology ( Khawarij).

Today the impudent (foolish ones) establish an alleged state of the Islamic Khalafah! This prevalent habit  been around for 80 years , and we know of this! They take the pledge of the Khalifah privately,  upon their corrupt methodology, and all of them have these pledges hidden privately for this unknown person.

And today they declare him  as the Khalifa, and as to much to what they declare?! Then if he is killed (the one who they declare as the Khalifa)  or it goes from the one declare (khalifa from them) and they choose a new Khalifa ! This is close to the Rejected Mahdi (they declare Mahdi, then they reject him after)! Allah forbids.

So this Khalafah (Islamic State) which was declared , the Khalafah of all the Muslims meaning: We make him the Khalifa for the Muslims after he slaughter and did what he did with the brothers of Iraq ! ؟ Nor him (his group) or his opposing party  the Rafidah (shia)  are upon good and all of them are splited into twos  neither do they want good for the nations of Islam.

It is upon us that we warn from two angles: him and his opposing party from the Rafidah all of them are all out evil, and all of them are upon astray and all of them perhaps agree secretly and are hostility against Ahul Sunnah wa Jammah.

• So all of you warn (and beware)  from this false make-believe pledge, the Dajaal ( false fake) Khalifa of the Muslims today.

This Dajaal and liar are jovial by these callers of falsehood. He slaughters the Muslims in Sham , and now it came and slaughter the Muslims in Iraq! He is in mutual agreement with the tyrant in Sham (Bashar) in slaughtering the Muslims and that tyrant of Sham, all things has stopped from him completely.  Do not fight with him (false Khalifa/ Khalafah) because he supplying oil from Deir ez Zori ( 6th largest city in Syria, where many of its oil field are on the outskirt 1.)! Now they are all cooperating with the evil power and behind them is the West in turning up in forcing the callers of evil in the name of Khalafah State , or  the State of Rafidah, and now all of these labels are contending to be for the Islam and the Muslims. So we ask Allah the Blessed and the Most High to make High His word and to  assist His Deen, and that to restrain the people of evil from the people of Bidah (innovations of all type in Islam) and people of desires (misguide and astray) from the enemies of the Deen (Islam), whoever it be and the same as those who are extreme and those who are negligence (heedless and careless).

So those false liars Dajaals and those who you cling onto them. Meaning when it was established this state in a country that one of them claim, and his supporters that he saw in a vision the prophet and that indeed he said:

” So and so he prays with you, I did not pray with you! He prays with you so and so from the people!”, or “that Jabreel prayed with them in a place like this and like that!”.

You seen the Dajal, they are claiming it as him (their fake Khalifa)! 

We ask Allah for Pardon and Peace, so upon the Muslims that they are alert (aware).

Just as I have instructed the brothers in Iraq yesterday, is just as I had instructed them from past times in other countries:

• They adhere (stay) in their homes, so if it’s infringed upon them so they are to respond  back  to protect their selves, and who was killed (from among you) and in front of him is to protect his wealth or his honor or himself for he is a martyr.
• But  do not fight with all these groups, all of them are astray same as the Rafidah State or the State of Sham, or Iraq or the alleged Khilafah’s State:

All of them oppose Ahul sunnah wa Jammah, so we are not with them, neither is there an affair with us with them. We learn and we understand  the Deen of Allah, until piety is ensconced (establishment of piety, and  a peaceful state) or ensconced from  all type of evil doing (disobedience and immorality off all types ), yes.
