أَوَّلاً: تَعريفُ الفِقْهِ. هُوَ فِي اللُّغَةِ: الفَهْمُ؛ يُقالَ فَقِهَ: يَفْقَهُ بِمَعْنَى فَهِمَ يَفْهَمُ، وَالفِقهُ فِي الاصْطِلاحِ: العِلْمُ بِالأَحْكَامِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ المَأْخُوذَةِ منْ أَدِلَّةِ الكِتَابِ وَالسُّنَّةِ. ثَانِياً: مَوْضوعُهُ. يَبْحَثُ الفِقهُ في الأَحْكامِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ المُتَعَلِّقةِ بالعِبَاداتِ كالصَّلاةِ وَالصَّومِ، وَالمُعاملاتِ كالبَيْعِ وَالرِّبا، وَالعَلاقَاتِ الاجْتِمَاعِيَّةِ كَالزَّوَاجِ وَالطَّلاَقِ إِلى غَيْرِ ذَلكَ مِنَ الأَحْكَامِ. ثَالِثاً: فائِدَتُهُ. مَعْرِفَةُ الفِقْهِ تُعِينُ…
