I studied Cults by an expert, and he said it takes years to recover from cult’s brainwashing even after leaving. I say that now because we have Sunni Muslims who were part of NOI who physically left, not mentally.

If you claim to be upon Islam and gives apologies, praise, or justification for the NOI in any way, is saying that the finality of the prophethood of the Messenger of Allah sallalahu wa alayhi wa Salam is wrong and NOI message Fard Muhammad is Allah and Elijah Muhammad is the prophet is true and correct!

Then I think one needs to re-examine his relationship with Allah.
