Shaykh Salih al Fawzan Q & A: What Time enters the Evening Remembrance Supplications?

Question: may Allah bestow on you the best, what time does the evening remembrance supplications begin, is it after Asr or after Maghrib?

Answer: the evening remembrance supplications begins after the culmination of the sun, when culmination of the sun enters this is the time of Dhuhr (noon), when enters Dhuhr (noon) begins the evening, if one wish to do the evening remembrance supplications in the first of the evening this is noon time (Dhuhr), or at Asr (afternoon), or after Maghrib (sunset) it is ok, all of these times are considered to be evening. So when to perform the evening remembrances supplications follows as in the beginning (noon time) or the middle time (Asr) so on and so forth.
