Q: It is present in a hadeeth ” الدعاء مخ العباة”  ” that ad-dua ( the supplication/supplicating) is the core of  al Ibadah (the worship)”, and “الدعاء هو العبادة ”  ”  that ad-dua (the supplication/supplicating ) it is al Ibadah ( the worship)”, so is dua (supplicating)  at any time or after the worship of Salah (the prayer)?

A:  the correct hadeeth is  « الدُّعَاءُ هُوَ الْعِبَادَةُ»  ” ad-dua (the supplication/supplicating ) it is al-Ibadah (the worship) concerning: ” الدعاء مخ العباة”  ” that ad-dua ( the supplication/supplicating) is the core of  al Ibadah (the worship)”, for this is a saying and Allah knows best.

Upon any condition is ad-dua (supplicating) it is the mightiest type of Ibadah (worship), and not all Ibadah (worship) is confined to ad-dua (supplication), and ad-dua (supplication) is a type of worship from al-Ibadah (worship in Islam) but it is the biggest and the mightiest form of Ibadah (worship).
