Clarification: Who is the ‘Permanent Committee’?
Answer:
For those of you who attended the course, in the notes there were a few references to ‘The Permanent Committee’. It is a committee of grand scholars of our times, many of whom have past away. They collectively would review matters of great concern and issue rulings in relation to them. The members of this committee are:
