Imam Ibn Kathir, may Allah have mercy on him, said:

إذْ لو قَووا هؤلاء لأفسدوا الأرض كلها عراقاً وشاماً، ولم يتركوا طفلاً ولا طفلة، ولا رجلاً ولا امرأة، لأن الناس عندهم قد فسدوا فساداً لا يصلحهم إلاّ القتل جملة

If the Khawarij become strong…they will spread corruption throughout the lands and it will overwhelm Iraq and Sham (Greater Syria Area). The Khawarij will not leave a child (boy or girl) nor man or women (irregardless of their age) without shedding their blood, for to them people have become so evil that nothing can rectify them save shedding their blood! (Bidayah wan-Nihayah 10/584)

Brothers and sisters, it just seems that at times some of these youth who go and join ISIS may have played too much ‘Call of Duty’ or ‘Halo’ and are now playing “Khilaafah”…A’oodthubillah from deviation…Ameen
