Question:
Does the ruling of ‘Dayouth’ (cuckold) apply to women? If a women accepts that her husband flirts, and commits Zina all the time?
Answer:
The rulings in our Deen apply to both men and women equally, unless there is a restriction indicated in the text itself. So the ruling of the Dayouth would apply equally…this is easily imagined in the case where a women realizes that her husband is engaging in such behavior and she indicates to him directly or indirectly that she has no problem with it.
